Cryosections: 

The directory 'cryo/tiff' contains 1477 files at the following parameters:

	Pixel size:	0.147 mm
	Spacing:	0.147 mm
	File size:	1056 X 1528 pixels

NOTE:	Slices #0172, 0173, 0174 were lost and have been replaced with computed averages of the slices 0171 and 0175;
	Slice #1395 was lost and has been replaced with the computed average of slices 1394 and 1396

The directory 'cryo/jpeg' contains images for in jpeg format for illustration purposes only. It has been organized in the following manner:

	'cryo/jpeg/fullSize/axial' - contains jpeg versions of the images in cryo/tiff
	'cryo/jpeg/fullSize/coronal' and 'cryo/jpeg/fullSize/sagittal' - contain jpeg files of the data reformatted about the coronal and sagittal planes respectively and resliced at 1 pixel interval
	'cryo/jpeg/halfSize' and 'cryo/jpeg/quarterSize' - contain the files from 'cryo/jpeg/fullSize/' at half, respectively one quarter resolution.
