the directory cryo/tiff contains 1477 files at the following parameters:

pixel size: 0.147 mm
spacing: 0.147 mm
File size: 1056X1528 pixels

NOTE: slice # 0172, 0173, 0174 were lost and have been replaced 
with computed averages of the slices 0171 and 0175;

slice #1395 was lost and has been replaced with the 
computed average of slices 1394 and 1396

the directory cryo/jpeg contains images for in jpeg 
format for illustration purposes only. Iy has been 
organized in the following manner:

cryo/jpeg/fullSize/axial - contains jpeg versions of the 
images in cryo/tiff

cryo/jpeg/fullSize/coronal
cryo/jpeg/fullSize/sagittal  
contain jpeg files of the data reformatted about the coronal
 and sagittal planes respectively and resliced at 1 pixel interval

cryo/jpeg/halfSize
cryo/jpeg/quarterSize 
contain the files from cryo/jpeg/fullSize/ at half, respectively 
one quarter resolution.
